Connect your email
This is the only required step. You forward the emails your customers send you into LzyReply, where each one becomes a conversation with an AI draft ready.
How it works
Every inbox in LzyReply has its own email address (something like support@inbound.yourapp.com). You set up forwarding from the address customers already use — so they keep emailing the same place, and a copy flows into LzyReply.
- Copy your inbox address from the setup screen (or Settings → your inbox → Email).
- Add it as a forwarding address in your email:
- Gmail: Settings ⚙️ → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address.
- Google Workspace, Zoho, or your host: add a forwarding rule that sends your support inbox to the address.
- Send a quick test. Email anything to the address — the setup screen turns green the moment it arrives.
Who replies come from
Set your Sender name (what customers see) and your Connected email (the address you forward from) so replies look like they come from you. By default replies send from our shared domain with your name; for the best branding and deliverability you can send from your own domain later in Settings.
Tip: You don't have to forward — you can also hand your LzyReply address out to customers directly. Forwarding just lets you keep the address they already know.
