Plans
- Monthly: $29/month.
- Yearly: $240/year (just $20/month, you save $108).

Your 7-day free trial
- Pick a plan when you sign up and add a card at our secure Stripe checkout. Nothing is charged today.
- You get full access to everything for 7 days.
- We email you a reminder 3 days before the trial ends.
- Your plan starts when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing, and you keep access until the trial's last day.
Installed from the Shopify App Store?
Then billing runs through Shopify instead, with the same plans and prices:
- You pick your plan on Shopify's own approval page. No card needed here — charges appear on your regular Shopify bill.
- Change plan: Settings → Billing & plan → Change plan in Shopify.
- Cancel: uninstall LzyReply in your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels. Your inboxes, knowledge base and history are kept if you come back.
- Invoices come from Shopify. Refunds are issued through Shopify and show up on your Shopify bill — see our refund policy.

Managing your subscription
Go to Settings → Billing & plan and click Manage subscription & invoices. In the secure Stripe billing portal you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel anytime. We never see or store your card details.
If you cancel, LzyReply keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for (or the end of your trial). To come back later, log in and pick a plan again. Your inboxes, knowledge base and settings are kept.
